This service is a disgrace, it tell you to look at the website but can’t help find my parcel even though I have a reference number & track number I have tried to phone but a voice tells you to go to the website and then hangs up. so no one can help and I still have no parcels
Opening times to collect a packet are ridiculous, all blamed on covid. Manager was there at the back door but was no help whatsoever.
i just got a delivery of pure junk mail,im not complaining about the postman he is just doing his job,but while doing it he comes into contact with gate levers and letterboxes,making risks higher,not just for the customer but also for the postal workers,in these trying times junk mail should be banned
