delivered my parcel to the wrong address, that’s streets away, and made 0 effort to get my parcel back until i called. it was delivered to god knows where 5 working days ago. will update in 3 days if they manage to get my parcel. absolute joke and it’s not even the first time.
Prefer to use this bureau than the big one on High Street. Customer service is top notch, fast and friendly. The person behind the counter always has a few good words. Thanks for your service!
I've had good and friendly experience while visiting this post office for passport renewal or posting/picking up parcels. I will however use this as a platform to share the fact the post office is separate from the collection point next door. The opening times for the collection office is Monday 7.30am - 3.00pm Tuesday 7.30am - 3.00pm Wednesday 7.30am - 8.00pm Thursday 7.30am - 3.00pm Friday 7.30am - 3.00pm Saturday 7.30am - 2.00pm Sunday - closed I'm sharing this as I've noticed a lack of this information online and seen several questions regarding this. If dpd, yodel or any other company leave a slip saying a parcel has been left at this address, it is not in the collection office but in the larger post office. Just to save you waiting in a queue as I have done previously. Hope this helps those who are looking for the information
Great for dropping off prepaid parcels, never a queue, walk in/scan the code/hand it over and out in 60secs. Staff always cheerful too
Royal mail is stuck in 1978!! They won't give your parcel to a neighbour, they won't put it in a safe place, they just make you travel to collect it! The sooner they all go on permanent strike the better for everyone!
Times on website are completely different from actually opening times on the door not only have you less time to pick up your parcel but now going to contact more people with the reduced hours we'll done dealing with the coronavirus royalmail not
Unbelievably Useless Place if Business. . Post Offices in Glasgow ran better in the 70's than this place does in 2022. . Backwards is putting it mildly,usual for Falkirk to. .
This Dinosaur of a Delivery service is in No way Customer Centric.... If it can't be Half shoved through a Letterbox... Royal Mail... Aren't interested. What's with the Ridiculous 7am - 9am... Pick UP YOURSELF , for a service I've PAID FOR... All you get is a day, No window of a delivery time.... Pathetic....
Acording to the door sign, opened until 16 on Friday. Closed one hour early. Just a bu****it, update the hours of work, so people won't waste time to go there and just be send with nothing
I have only had dealings with this post office depot once but l have to say my experience was a good outcome after the complete run around from Stirling depot the girl at the counter and the manageress got on top of it so Thank you
