My review is solely on the inability to make contact with OPG. I wonder if today, 3 November, is a Public Holiday as I have been unable to get through to even leave a message the line dropped after 90 seconds on the General Line and no return calls I left 7 messages or return emails from the Case Officer numbers/ addresses. Hitherto the response from the OPG case officers has been excellent.

Office of the Public Guardian has sent me someone else's Power of Attorney documents. I have tried two different email addresses, neither has been replied to. I have tried tracking down the family involved online, unsuccessfully. This family is waiting for this document, I know from experience it takes months to process and am feeling pretty angry at not getting a reply.
