We're open while you're at work and closed when you're not. Absolute nightmare for working people to try and collect their undelivered post from this place. Have lived in other places and they all seem to manage to have late evening opening hours for collection.

Friendly polite,and efficient.a good speedy service.
They are very friendly and helpful and the service is usually good. The only down side was the location of the place it's a bit out of the way. That said in these difficult and uncertain time's the staff are doing a good job for not huge salary. Well done ladies and gentlemen we'd be worse off without you.

Great effort fron the staff for all our packets and mail to be delivered. Excellent customer service
They did not ring the door bell or knock on the door in the flat. I was just Lucky to get a one of refund time from a Business for the Postage and that was it. I would be careful when using f***ing Royal mail they are in fact a s*** service and this service needs to get the lose score rating as it can!
Just awful. Never open when you need it to be. Car park the size of a shoe box and the delivery staff are lazy. Two days in a row they couldn’t be arsed delivering to next door and just shoved their mail through our box and don’t get me started on shoving the ‘sorry we missed you cards’ through without bother to try the door bell!
Lovely staff at the office, but when delivering don't knock on the door outside when there are buzzers to our flat right next to it. I miss the parcels all the time even when I'm home and it's a p***take going all the way to kirkletham.
