No good they don't help at all even when a disabled person is in need just fog you off  and to not help didn't even get a call back

Sometimes helpful once you get through to them, however they have a nasty habit of keeping you on hold for 30+ minutes and being snobby once you do get through. 

Also they really need to change their hold music. If i have to be on hold for over half an hour, I would like better than the 20 second looped clip of the same six piano chords.

how greedy can you get stopping the o a p consession for the lifts at saltburn it is now four pounds return for a couple which is allot of money when you are just on pension disgracefull
