Absolute joke! A very important parcel, sent by special delivery. Two attempts of delivery... to the wrong house!! Not even the same or similar road name! Special delivery doesn't refer to the drivers mental state! Go to pick up the parcel myself, and the office is only open 2 hours a day! I'll be requesting my suppliers don't send by Royal Mail in future!!
Awaiting a parcel. Not delivered. The parcel then turned up back with the sender saying they had tried but not been able to deliver it. No cards were posted through my letter box to tell me. Infuriating.
nightmare. you are passed from one answering machine to another. and who profits from this nonsense - the telephone companies that we pay for telephone calls... terrible
Opening hours are ridiculous I have children to get to school by the time I have walked it was closed , used to be open till at least 13.00 hours
Just received a missed dilivery note through the door. They must of slipped it in like a ninja as I was eating breakfast in the next room where the doorbell speaker hangs which is working. Went to office and they said the parcel won't be back yet so they won't look. I said the parcel never left the office otherwise the person would of knocked and tried to deliver it. I wouldn't mind if they just knocked and said can you go get your parcel as we can't be bothered to deliver it
It's where you go to get parcels that need signing for, make sure you have id, you will need to park so leave earlier than you think, the roads are very congested around the office and you may need to walk some distance. This is important if you need to carry bulky or awkward loads about also there's no where to sit if you ask disabled so factor that in too.
Poor service and the apps won't cater for your complaint I went in to get a parcel they had it but wouldn't give it to me it was medication I needed they wanted a card but I was not delivered a card to say that they had tried to deliver it I was at home at the time. No one knocked or rang the intercom. They would not accept my photo ID and Bank card. You have to be the sender to get a complaint in plus all sorts of information that you are bound and they know because of all the data they collect it is all used against the customer oh I forgot I am not a customer because I never paid for the postage not that it would make any difference just look at the complaints and claims on the app I bet they won't publish how many people they have dealt with fairly I tell you now its Zero take a look for yourself that's what you will be facing in the event of missing or not received goods and if it happens to be necessary medication its just your hard luck.
Even though there is no problem with the doorbell and I was at home waiting to receive the package, but the doorbell never rang, and the redeliver paper was thrown into the house!
If I could give zero stars I would. Every courier knows to leave parcels in a safe place or with a neighbour but oh no, not the Royal Mail. They drag you to their collection office. The information on their website is confusing and out of date you get there only to find the place closed. Very Poor customer services and total disregard to customers. I will not purchase an item delivered by Royal Mail again. Rather pay more and save myself the stress
Staff are rude esp the chap with glasses on, reddish hair. They literally gang up on you if you have an issue you want addressing. They dont follow up on queries or deal with staff that are rude to customers. Management need investigating! Poor service all round!
