I went to renew my passport today and I must say what an excellent service! They took my picture, sent my old passport off and I never had to fill in any forms. Highly recommended service and very efficient and friendly staff. Keep it up guys

Brilliant service received when l went in to get currency. I was offered a travel money card which helped me tremendously as most places l visited were asking for card payment. Friendly staff and very clean post office. On the way out, l noticed a large variety of vapes which are sold at a super cheap price. Definitely will be visiting here again!

I have used Wallasey Post Office many times and recently went in for my passport. Service was superb by the young man on the counter along with all the staff who are always friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend coming to this PO if you want a quick and easy service for anything!

Man Behind the counter with the glasses bald old was very un patient not friendly because I made a mistake on my mum's phone with the card whilst i was paying for a 1st stamp because it wasn't facing the right way not patient not friendly so he thort it wasn't working proply so got my Mum in and she payed for me and told him I'm autistic and don't understand and cottand on that he knew I was disabled maybe he felt guilty
