if i could give a minus review i would. shocking service and now they are using covid as an excuse. it was terrible before covid and will contiunue to be terrible after.

Don’t trust the opening time on Google Map. They are closing at 11.am. 9-11am during the lock down. And why don’t you knock my door or leave the package under the mail box. You guys always leave cards for no reason.
Was there early in the morning to collect a document. Only one staff manning the place but he was friendly, polite and efficient. Place is small but easy to locate.
The staff here are absolutely fantastic, always polite and helpful but above all else extremely friendly
Although the staff are always loverly, it's a nightmare to park or get too, always a prying enforcement officer somewhere!
Rude customer service
Poor Postal service, even though I was in my parcel was not delivered and a red card posted, not sure if they're just lazy to post it and want us to go pick it up our selves, if you don't want to deliver because of covid19 then say so, don't say our services are running as normal, waste of time
Very poor service, wouldn't give this collection centre 1 star. The staff are lazy and not willing to provide any kind of quality service.
