It's open a couple of hours a day. They ignore safe locations marked for drop offs and neighbours posted to be acceptable for drop offs. Overall they do the bare minimum.

Update your opening hours on google!!!!!!! It's hardly ever open. The OTHER 3 Post Office locations on Banbridge are either closed in the evening, temporarily closed without online notice, or have useless, limited opening hours. Seriously?

Went to pick up something first time I've been since the pandemic and the guy was so rude. Pointed to his mask asking for mine which I'm exempt then rudely told me to stand behind the line and put the card on the desk. As he took it I heard him mutter f sake! Then threw my parcel on the desk and couldn't close the shuuter door quick enough. Doesn't take much to smile and be kind

This Post office - Staff is most useless and not helpful  I have ever seen! People like this should be dismissed on spot! I will be reporting this to Trade and standards for such a terrible service

Very helpful staff but policy to only allow collection of mail the next day after delivery is a major step back in terms of customer service. Especially so now that delivery times are completely random

Sort out your tracking website never updates and keep asking to verify to clock the vehicles, I ran 2 weeks ago and lady said website is down it still bloody is get it sorted
