It is disgusting how some of the staff talk and treat the participants in Reed in Partnership Banbridge & Newry. They treat the participants as if they are a piece of dirt and below them. Any wonder the staff are like this when the Manager Chris is just as bad! It is a private company making big profits and that is all they are focused on making big profits for the company! They have no consideration or they don't care about the participants. It is all about what the participants have to do not what the participant rights are! They work by bullying participants. Making vulnerable people feel worse than they already do! More people need to go to citizens advice and get a written formal complaint sent to stop Reeds treating people badly.
