Have waited for the delivery on Saturday. They didn't knock the door or ting the bell if they can't get the post the letterbox. On upstairs flats there are fire doors on every door. You can't hear a knock. That's why I provided a bell, but they won't use it.This is the first time there has been any problems. Post was always great. Don't know why there is a problem now. They have stopped leaving the post at the door and ring the bell. That worked great. They weren't wasting their time and I would hear the ring and went to the door. No problems. They're not allowed to do that now....why ???? Won't get this post now till Friday. This has just happened recently. . Awful...silly....ridiculous.
Three times I've been up and they still can't find my package, went up today to collect another package at 1600 to be told the times have changed but on there website it still says open to 1900hrs, absolutely disgusting.
Only open half-ish days , this info I could not find on the message they left in my post box telling me to collect my package, subsequently it took 2 trips to obtain the package as 2.45pm normal business hours they were closed
Constantly changing open and closing times making it difficult for anyone to pickup their packages. Royal mail could learn a thing or two from Amazon!

Would highly recommend changing your opening times online.i can't get anyone on the phone and have called to the depot twice now regarding royal mail bags that I have been needing for a week now. This is now effected costumer service were I am employed, as costumers are still waiting on their parts being dispatched.
I still cannot believe that after so many parcels are sent every day they are still open only 2 hours if you want to pick up your parcel. I would like to mention that I waited for the parcel being told that they will deliver in 2 consecutive days and they didn't.
Opening hours ludicrous, 7am to 9am 3 days per week, and to 11 on Saturday and impossible to get through to operator for re delivery. Appalling level of service from Royal Mail.I understand the safety concerns with current situation, but other shops and businesses are operating usual business hours, what makes RM any different.
