Firstly it would be a lot easier it they actually let you do your car tax online but it didn't accept it so advised to go to Post Office - fine. Go down to Post Office with all necessary docs but then told that Insurance certificate needs to be a hard copy. THERE IS LITERALLY NO DIFFERENCE IF IT IS PRINTED OUT OR NOT! And yes I can see the signs dotted around the Post Office but it would be nice if they message could be given BEFORE driving all the way down. So not only do I have to waste ink, electricity and paper to print off something that I have a perfectly good digital copy off but no I have to burn precious fossil fuels to drive all the way back home and then back down to the Post Office to show a document that I already had. Get with the times.
I'm very disappointed I posted a padded envelope to My granddaughter Ellie nearly three weeks ago and it never arrived
terriible service. went to tax my car. wudnt except my legal documents. went to post office at islandbawn. wz done straight away.
