Great way to end our weekend, first time we have visited but won't be our last. Delicious, fresh food with great views and friendly staff. Particularly grateful to to the young lady tonight who tried to keep up with our constant move around the tables to follow the sun and breeze, we me made it hard to follow our order but she made an effort to keep up.
Without doubt the worst place I’ve ever eaten in over hundreds of places across the world!nnFood was served in the least appetising way and with no cutlery we had to request it , the juice was spilt when given to us and not cleaned up by the staff and I’m almost certain they went to a shop nearby to get our starter.nnIs the view nice? Yes, but you can sit outside for free and enjoy that instead of getting ripped off and eating food that has no discernible flavour other than oil & sugar.nnThis place is absolutely a tourist trap or the locals have very poor taste in food.nnAlso, it’s staffed by children with the exception of two far older people.
Such a welcoming and friendly vibe from staff. Beautiful food and gorgeous views. Not many parking spaces, but thankfully this wasn't an issue for us. Honestly felt so welcomed and as if nothing we did could be a bother for the staff. Service with a smile was absolutely what they were all about. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
We are always on the look out for interesting spots to take shelter and sustenance and they don’t come more quirky and enjoyable than this. The Royal Harbour Brasserie in Ramsgate is so far into the sea can you can almost throw a stone to France, but the menus also includes nods to Spain and even Jamaica. I am in heaven. The smoked fish made a great sharer for starters and we all had to plumb for the halibut with lobster bisque, asparagus and truffle mash, which meant none of us needed to share! Friendly family run spot with honest cooking of locally landed fish and even great tunes. Winner!
Ignore the unattractive outside and the toilets by the entrance, this place has the best views in town. The calm look of the outer harbour and town, or the wavey and wild look of the channel water. Either side is fantastic!nnThe service was excellent. We went for lunch so my halibut was cooked perfectly just a little under-seasoned you can trick yourself the crab my mate said was enjoyable.nGo for the views, for a drink or for lunch but go. This place deserves a visit.
