Exceptional experience overall. Put me at ease and did the most to ensure the braces worked at a technical level and so they were aesthetically pleasing. Amazing retainer aftercare as well.
Could not recommend this clinic enough. I went through the FastBraces process for 2 months and came out with a perfect smile. Dr Boraghi and the team are professional, diligent and always willing to go the extra mile. If you are ever thinking about enhancing your smile journey, just have a chat with the incredibly experienced Dr Boraghi who will reassure you of the options that are always in your best interests. 10/10 definitely recommend!
I have had another fantastic experience and will definitely be staying at this Practice. I have never found another dentist who is so thoroughly decent, kind and honest, both ethically and morally. I am sorry to read the one negative review but it appears clear to me that it must have been a misunderstanding. I am not a wealthy person and don't have private health insurance. I will need to save each month to cover private dentistry. However, after years of poor service, unethical and deceptive behaviour from my NHS dentist, it will be worth every penny. Please believe this is a genuine review. I truly feel that Dr Boraghi is one of the nicest people I have ever met.
Nervous patient put at ease I don't like visiting the dentists, as i suffer from anxiety. At Royal Dental Care I was made to feel at ease from the moment I arrive. The lady on reception was so welcoming and the dentist , kept me calm and even saved me money with the work he did rather than going for the more expensive option. Hamid and his team are second to none. Thank you
I’ve recently finished my 3 month treatment of fastbraces. At first I was optimistic about how my teeth could change in such a short amount of time. Today I had my final appointment, braces remove and my teeth are perfect- Literally perfect. I cannot thank Hamid and the team enough for making my teeth so great. The whole treatment was completely pain free and I was made very welcome and comfortable each time I come in for adjustments. I would highly recommend fast braces with Royal Dental Care Locksbottom.
Not really impressed with the service, you call in and they make an appointment and then they charge you for an emergency exam - one you did not actually need as the problem you had was not urgent. And the work is quite sloppy - I had been seen by 2 different doctors. Avoid this clinic if you can! Continuation - I did not ask for an emergency exam . You just asked me to change the initial hour of the appointment and then charged ME for an emergency exam - when maybe you had an emergency since you had to change the initial appointed hour. As to the sloppy work of my previous dentist- your work has not yet passed the test of time! Let’s see if the work you did will last 4 years, the same as the work my previous dentist did. And let me also tell you that client service also matters. If you wanted to charge £110 for a recement you should have added that as the recement cost and not an emergency fee which was not needed - I did not asked to be seen at a certain date or time - you suggested that time and day and it was not outside your working hours either - so charging me emergency fees feels like robbery - again if you want more money just add it to the service you provide so that the client knows upfront - and tell the client what it will cost!
