A very busy place for take away meals, which can be at the expense of the sit in customers. The staff were lovely, especially the young lady who served most of the tables. She was very attentive, and quick to pick up on the needs of customers, even though she hadn't worked there for very long. Food was lovely, and good sized portions. Vegetarian options: There was a good selection on the menu. Kid-friendliness: I saw a family able to take home the items their children hadn't managed to eat. The children seemed to be well catered for. Parking: Public parking available just a short walk away. Wheelchair accessibility: Was all on the level, and assistance was available.
The food was great, had a hiccup with a main but it was sorted out quickly, the staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary prawn crackers and no long waiting times, ideal. The takeaway was very busy which left for a quieter dining experience, a bit of light music would assist the atmosphere as outside of your own conversation and any others from the surroundings table all you'll hear is what orders are in coming in on the phone constantly good sign they're busy however I'm not local to the area but I'll be back.
Ordered the set meal for 2 online. Chips and juice was not include so ordered both. total order was £47.30, asked to change one dish for chicken chow main, order was accepted! To then get a phone call 10 minutes later to be told this isn't possible unless I pay more are you having a laugh! What a cheek especially when you take into account no juice or chips come with the set meal.! Don't expect another order..
The younger 15 years are so polite and excellent at watching what needs done so pleased at them I left a tenner for a tipFood: 5/5

Amazing Chinese Food. Great choice of dishes that are cooked so well and very tasty. The staff could not be friendlier they make you so welcome. I have allergy to tomatoes and always find difficult to eat out as there is hardly any choice for me. For this restaurant it’s no problem I can eat almost anything on the menu. Anytime we passing through we will stop for a feast. Please try it it’s absolutely superb. The Tsingtao is brilliant so is the wine.
