Food is fine but 25 minutes to fry a sausage is unacceptable. It's called 'fast food' for a reason. 4 staff milling around with no sense of urgency at all, seemingly plopping one item of food into the fryer at a time. There are virtually no pre-made items in the keep-warm area; you have to wait for everything to be fried from scratch, but even that can't explain how our order took so long. I can honestly say that in 30+ years of using chip shops across the country, I have never waited that long for a sausage supper. Expected in a sit-down restaurant or a Chinese/Indian but not a chipper!

Wouldn't go anywhere else - cooked to perfection and top quality haddock Mmmmm!

Good quality fish and chips, friendly service. Good sized portions for Senior Citizens.

Fair, but the Carron down town and the Bay are better. Reasonable quality and decent portions.
