One of the best hotels I've stayed at. Lovely service, boutique hotel feeling, wonderful rooms and the best location in London. Can't wait to go back.

3rd time visited the Hotel Cafe Royal for afternoon tea. Excellent service with very good quality food. I would say the service was better than many other 5* hotel I have been. Very lovely room with such rich history behind it. Definitely will visit again!

Not only it has a centrally great location & the largest room you’ll find in London. Their highly professional  staff are charming , welcoming & punctual.  Had a great stay

Must go!!! A genius at work. The staff hosts , bartender etc generous, helpful and so nice!

Onw of the must visit places in London for a coffee and few of the famous sweets. Nice atmosphere, extremely helpful and polite staff and amazing tastes. Quite in a central location so it is very easy to visit it.

Such a pleasure to deal with. Professional at all times. We look forward to visiting them soon.
