PARKING INFO: The hospital operates a pay on foot service, where you obtain a tick at barrier and pay on exit. Pay points situated all across hospital and payments can be made by card (American Express not accepted). Lovely hospital with a lake in the middle, great for walks around.

Really nice doctor,nurses and receptionist ,plus very clean ,and there is a canteen with hot food. The only bad thing I have experienced at the jigsaw building is one of the nurses when I introduced myself to the doctor ,and told him I was working as a care assistant and I was from Spain ,she asked me at the end of my screen test if I was a nurse in Spain and I was going to train as a nurse in England,well ,apparently she was a nurse or something similar ,and by doing that question she meant If I was just a carer ,I was less person than if I were a nurse.I was really upset and maybe I answered her loudly and rude by saying "No ,no ,no ,I am just a carer" .More people on my jobs asked me the same question ,but those were unpolite and nousy people who I dont care ,but a nurse or whatever position that young lady had in a hospital ,should learn manners with the patients ,because not only upset them ,but also gives bad reputation to the hospital ,and because of her I give 4 stars instead 5.

A bunch of useless incompetents. Was ambulanced to A&E after a stroke.After 3 hours wait the 'specialist' nurse claimed I hadn't had a stroke and I was discharged. Two weeks later an MRI scan confirmed the stroke and I had been wrongly diagnosed. But it was too late to treat the stroke. I am suing them for failure in their duty of care.

I spent 3 days in ward 17 and quality and kindness of the staff was great 10/10 thank you.

I went to the hospital to see an out of hours GP on 12/02/2018.I was seen by a male doctor who didn`t show much interest and just brushed me off.I felt really upset because my problem didn`t seem to be worth of looking into.He told me to take paracetamol and use some mouthwash.My health condition hasn`t improved over the following days and I went to see a GP at my local surgery.I was prescribed some steroids and feel happy because I was treated with respect and attention.I told my GP that I went to see a GP at the hospital,she logged in to her computer to see what the hospital doctor`s comments were, and what I saw was ` I couldn`t see any problems but the patient was convinced that she had problems`. How uncaring and rude it it!It`s as if I have nothing else to do but go the surgeries and hospitals out of pure enjoyment! Very poor service!No people skills!No sympathy!
