Great little pets store and very helpful.
Fantastic customer service! We visited today for a few supplies for our 6 month old Chihuahua. She's recently started malting and we wanted a brush that would be suitable for her short fur. We picked up a few - totally clueless. Heidi was so helpful - she handed us a slicker to try in the store and it worked wonders! We also picked up a fantastic harness for our puppies small frame. We can't wait to visit the store again for more treats to spoil our fur-baby
I thought I would give this shop one last chance, waited behind a customer to be served and when it was my turn the assistant just walked off without any apology or explanation. I like to support local businesses but don’t accept rude behaviour, there are plenty of places in Hereford I can use.
