When it is busy there is a bit of a wait but overall the staff is great! They prepare your prescriptions in no time and if they don't have part of the prescription, they have it in the next 2-3 working days.

Didn't know it existed until being told. A good helpful but very busy pharmacy.

Poor customer service. Stood in the que just to be ignored. Suggested I had already picked up my meds when they couldn't find them.

I asked for my prescription to be delivered. The lady said You dont get your prescriptions from us usually . I explained they go to tesco. As at the moment i cannot walk. That my daughter works there. The hospital had given me new meds and sent to surgery. I just couldn't pick them up. The assistant was uncooperative. I had to wait 7 days till my son in law had time to go. My daughters children were sick. Wont use Rowlands again. Tesco always help.

Pleasant Staff that take care of you. Hardly any wait for my prescription.
