I was on holiday with family in Wales, I forgot to pack my quetiapine tablets. Once I had found the correct route to follow I was guided to Boot's Pharmacy Wales. The Pharmacist was amazing, she reassured me that she would get me the med's I   needed, which she did.

Rude and abusive staff, quite happy to talk about you to other customers thinking I couldn't speak Welsh!, and very rarely can they fill a prescription. Much better and more helpful service at other pharmacies in nearby Bangor.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the uk!! The staff are so rude! And unprofessional. The girl with blonde hair always up in a pony tail is ridiculous! Talk about go slow! Couldn’t care less.. some people don’t have all day waiting for you to finish’s your story’s with every customer who walks through the door before they get served!! The wait time is absolutely horrendous! Like waiting to get an appointment with a dr is hard enough with out the wait for prescriptions! What exactly are gps and the pharmacy staff doing in this surgery?? Never get an appointment with a gp because they always seem to be off! then made to wait hours for prescriptions despite numerous members of staff working!? Everyone complains about this place yet nothing changes!? If I could go back to the gps before this place I would. Oh plus side the receptionists are always lovely. Seriously change the way you provide a service.

Waiting in a queue for about half an hour every month just to find out items missing pretty much every time is such a fun experience. It doesn’t matter that I received a message from them saying that my medicine is ready - spoiler alert, It hardly ever actually is. It’s literally the least professional pharmacy in the U.K.

Helpful local pharmacy. Always busy. Staff work hard and are always polite and helpful.
