Helpful local pharmacy. Always busy. Staff work hard and are always polite and helpful.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the uk!! The staff are so rude! And unprofessional. The girl with blonde hair always up in a pony tail is ridiculous! Talk about go slow! Couldn’t care less.. some people don’t have all day waiting for you to finish’s your story’s with every customer who walks through the door before they get served!! The wait time is absolutely horrendous! Like waiting to get an appointment with a dr is hard enough with out the wait for prescriptions! What exactly are gps and the pharmacy staff doing in this surgery?? Never get an appointment with a gp because they always seem to be off! then made to wait hours for prescriptions despite numerous members of staff working!? Everyone complains about this place yet nothing changes!? If I could go back to the gps before this place I would. Oh plus side the receptionists are always lovely. Seriously change the way you provide a service.

Waiting in a queue for about half an hour every month just to find out items missing pretty much every time is such a fun experience. It doesn’t matter that I received a message from them saying that my medicine is ready - spoiler alert, It hardly ever actually is. It’s literally the least professional pharmacy in the U.K.

If you thought waiting to grow a beard was frustrating then try waiting outside in the rain to pick up your prescription. The staff must be wearing lead boots as there is no logic to the time it takes for someone to go in be served and come back out. I waited 25 minutes for two people in front of me to be served.

They are very slow at making up repeat prescriptions. They give a time but when you turn up you have to wait an age while they sort everything and they don't always have all the items in stock!
