I have already left a review of this chemist in the past and it seems to have been removed as it’s nowhere to be seen, but I feel that strongly about how bad it was. I’m rewriting Another! I complained to them umpteen times and only ever got a half hearted apology! Luckily I’ve left and although all chemists are understaffed and inefficient, nothing like here! I’ve never known anything like it! How they are still running is beyond me! They never answer the phone, things always missing, items, prescription. Had me in tears this place! They’re that bad! Some staff are lovely, but overworked, some downright rude and obnoxious! Go elsewhere!
The latest in what's become an increasingly bad chemist's since they merged with the outlet on the High Street is them dispensing medications that have already been given out once. I've been using this place since I was a child. If I could easily change to another pharmacy I would.
What can I say very poor shop front of house shop are great pharmacists are a waist of time waited 2 weeks for my script then when I went to collect that haven’t done it.always looking my script or missing items,it’s a sham of a shop. Need to bring mo the pharmacist back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I am a community support worker, and I always dread going to this chemist. The worst chemist around. There is always an issue. And always a long wait. Communication is terrible. Regular items that I collect every month for a client are usually out of stock. Then they say they will deliver the items when they get the stock, but this rarely happens. Staff are chatting away, oblivious to the disgruntled customers. I learnt about their mortgage situation in the 40 minutes I was there waiting.
Despite text message saying prescriptions ready - I was told I would have to wait a few minutes for mine. Okay - not unreasonable - but almost 15 minutes later - had to ask if I had been forgotten. I was told it would be at least another 5 minutes as the Pharmacist was administering a flu jab. I had an appointment so could not wait any longer- I felt for the assistant - not her fault - but I had to say how bad this was. I was polite. Very poor customer focus. Also - the till was out of use - customers not happy waiting in a long queue then being told they couldn't buy standard items due to technical issues. Small notice stuck on the till saying issues but not stating categorically that nothing could be bought! So many people in there today unhappy with poor service. Communication skills leave a lot to be desired.
Shockingly bad service. Been let down multiple times by this pharmacy regarding prescriptions. How they are still in business I have no idea.
Truly awful. Avoid if at all possible. Ever since the two pharmacies in Conwy were combined the service offered by the one remaining has been truly terrible. Today it hit new depths of bad, no communication, told half truths by staff and the whole atmosphere in there is that it's a social meeting for staff, of which they have loads, as they don't seem to be doing any actual work. The pharmacists are by and large arrogant and condescending. I've now requested my doctor send my prescription to a different pharmacy as I'm sick of dealing with the delays, poor staff and and rubbish service offered by this pharmacy.
I've looked at the other reviews and find this really unacceptable. I can understand staff are doing their best to provide a decent service, and short staff must create extreme pressure for them. As for my circumstances, my monthly prescription should have been ready by Tuesday gone. I still haven't received any info to pick them up. Today I took my last dose of anti stress tablets, and the suspense is going affect my coping mechanism, and fear my reputation becoming a danger to the local community. What can be done?
It seems to be getting worse & worse as time goes by. My 77 year old mum has had so many different issues over the past 12-24 months. Prescriptions are never ready, you near always have to wait in long queues, communication is truly awful, that's when you can get through on the phone. Why they started sending out prescriptions to be 'made up' in another place is beyond any rational sense. I even called here very early one morning to beat the rush, to be met-half an hour after official opening time by a staff member just saying "I'm Spanish"-as if this is an excuse to being such a length of time late for work. Avoid if you can, as you will only end up being utterly frustrated & exasperated at some point. They don't care & it shows. Will report to local Councillor if my mum experiences continued issues with this Pharmacy.
Absolutely shameless. Had a txt to say script was ready. They had obviously lost it. And then made me wait at least 40 minutes with to ill children. As I couldn’t come back. Will never use again
