Second time here and second time they have managed to give me the wrong bike for hire. Booked an xl frame for £65 in February for the 15th of April using the online booking. Booked nearly 2 months in advance and they can't get it right. No mention of a refund only suggested to me that I should take one of their large frames instead.... Again. I'm 6 foot 5 tall and booked the largest frame they had and their customer service is shocking too. After not giving me the bike I had ordered they then went about serving other customers and I did not receive the additional kit mentioned in the ordering details ie the puncture repair kit. If it wasn't for the fact I was out with a group of mates I would have told them to stick the bike and give me my money back. I don't recommend them in the slightest and if you do have to book a bike off them be prepared for disappointment. Uplifts are grand but like it's not that hard to put a bike on a trailer and drive up a hill.
