Worst customer service I've ever seen! Bought a dress here £180 for a family wedding zip broke on day of wedding which was devastating for me ! I returned the dress but because it was over 28 days I wasn't entitled to a refund the shop insisted on repairing the zip which I didn't want done They went ahead repaired the zip They are still holding my dress The manager completely rude & abrupt with me so my husband decided to call them but got same repsonce!!!The manager actually told my husband she didn't care what happened to the dresses once they were bought ,Wedding was in October!! Shop still have my dress have never once tried to be nice or sympathetic . As I said worst customer service ever oh by the way this issue still hasn't been resolved !!
I would recommend this shop to everyone, it has beautiful clothing for all occassions. Dressy / casual. I had my brothers wedding and I wanted something different, the staff in the shop went above and beyond for me an never once did I feel pressured into Buying anything. I had brought my aunt to gasp to view their mother of the bride collection recently and once again this shop didn’t fail to please, the staff were very professional and nothing was to much to ask, they couldn’t be any nicer and made my aunt feel so Comfortable! Definitely recommend this shop! They go that little extra making buying an outfit that much easier!!
My wife bought a dress from this shop for a family wedding and they where more than helpful at time of fitting,my wife pointed out she was concerned about the zip,she was assured by the shop manager that it was okay and that the dress was a perfect fit. This was 5 weeks before the wedding. As it was a local wedding they took note of it. Dates, location etc. On the day of my brothers wedding it looked very well, until we arrived at the reception and the zip broke as my wife was walking through the lobby.my wife burst into tears I was able to redo the zip in our room, in total we had to make at least 5 x trips to the room to redo the zip. Missing key points of the big day. A few days later my wife returned it to the shop and was told she would only be offered a repair and if she wanted some money for the dress she would need to sell it on eBay. The staff where very much unsympathetic and kept the dress for a repair which my wife didn't want! As we believe she is entitled to a refund as it ruined our big day out which should of been filled with happy memories.
Gasp boutique was amazing lovely experience especially Lucy who went out of her way to help me choose an outfit for my son's wedding thank you so much I would truly recommend this boutique
Great place for my wife but not so good for me.
