Story

Rosslyn is an independent specialty coffee shop owned and operated by James Hennebry and Mat Russell, both of whom have spent many years working in the industry in Australia and the UK. As integral members of the wholesale teams at leading roasteries such as Five Senses, Reverence and Caravan, James and Mat have helped establish some of the foremost coffee programmes around

Ultimately the goal is to establish Rosslyn, from humble beginnings, to become a name that is synonymous in the industry with quality, integrity and an unswerving attention to detail across multiple sites. We are working with leaders across various fields to ensure that we achieve these goals. These include Modern Standard, Colonna Coffee, Round Hill, Synesso, Marco, Mork Choclate and Mahlkonig to name just a few.
