Never been spoken to so disrespectfully from a shop worker in my life. I Left over flowers and left my phone number so I could be called if any issues. Forgot if it was the 23rd or 24th for collecting them and thought as I never got a call it must have been the 24th. Call in to collect and them and they said they sold them as I never collected them. Lied a few times going between saying they did call me then said he didn’t why should he call me as I never bothered to collect them. He was the most cheeky man I’ve ever come across. People in the queue in the shop had their mouths hanging open in shock at how he was speaking to me. Why take your number if they aren’t going to call u. Do not rely on this shop if u want your flowers. I have gave them a lot of business in the past buying flowers for work occasions and I will never ever buy from here again.

Very disappointed with the quality of a bouquet that was for a special birthday. Could have got much nicer from M&S. Know better next time.
