I placed a Christmas order for my parents grave £150. I was very specific about the order details however the order wasn't correct. I returned to the store in the hope that the issues would be easily rectified! Instead I was shouted at and accused of lying by the apparent store manager  and receptionist! They also refused to disclose details of how to make a formal complaint Shame on you Quigg florists!

I've received flowers from this florist twice within the last 7 months both times they didn't last longer than 2 days. Lillies in one bouquet didn't were sent as bud and didn't even open. Wouldn't use again, I don't think the flowers are actually fresh, I got better quality from cheaper florists in Derry

I knew I was so late in placing an order for birthday flowers to be delivered on the same day. I was told that they would be delivered 1st thing next day. Hence my surprise when my friend rang me to thank me for my flowers not even 2hrs later. I am over the moon to know that the flowers made her day. Thanks to Quiggs Florist for you great service. Highly recommended.

My partner ordered me flowers for my birthday, 4 days later theyre were dying. I did ring and they're were sending out new ones, I did request that it was early the next morning as I had things on,not a problem I was told. I waited until 1 30pm the next day then rang, the guy said your flowers went out at 9.30am you sure you didn't get them he said I was offended, I told him to keep any flowers and refund my partner. He said his manager would ring me on the Tuesday its now Friday no call. Awful customer service, he will not order again, pictures posted . Plus delivery driver never knocked either, I was in the kitchen when my flowers were delivered to my neighbours and a card left outside my door.. Don't use this florist. I didn't want to have to leave a review, but they're were giving ample opportunities to resolve this. Pictures attached

I ordered flowers first thing this morning and was assured of early afternoon delivery. I specifically wanted yellow and orange. The girl on the phone was hurried and not taking time to listen. Flowers didn't arrive till after 5.30 and were white and pink. Very disappointed. Phoned to complain the following monday morning and was assured of a new bouquet. Good follow up but should have been right to begin with.

I ordered flowers from Quiggs to be delivered in early May to the Manchester UK area. They informed me the next day that they would be unable to deliver to the area and would have to refund the order - no problem.  At this point, they stopped responding to my emails and did not provide a refund. Luckily, I paid with PayPal. I filed a claim against them for the refund about 55GBP and after no response for 2 weeks, PayPal ruled in my favor. I received the money back just over a month after the initial order. Buyer beware.

I love Quiggs as I live in Liverpool and evertime I need flowers and phone  the staff are so helpful and always have time to help .I have never been disappointed the flowers are always amazing and very reasonable.  And they always deliver on time .I would give them 10 stars . Thankyou to wonderful staff and service  .

I called at the shop and a woman couldn't open the door and shouted at me and made the phone us sign with her hand. I tried phoning but it was permanently engaged despite repeated attempts. I appreciate it's their busiest time of year but I will never be trying again regardless of the occasion.

Quiggs is the main florist in the North West, as a past employee I can assure the public they use the best of the best!!
