Had hat, bag, shoes and bracelet from here last summer for my son’s wedding after being recommended by a friend. I had lots of advice, customer service from Matt was excellent and my hat was dyed and made to match my dress. Came back last week with a new dress for my younger son’s wedding this summer and I was given the same attention, advice and service etc. Again having accessories dyed to match my outfit, I haven’t collected yet but I’m confident I will be just as happy as last year.
Great customer service. If you want a hat/ fascinator this is the place to go. So much choice, and items can be altered to suit colour requirements.
Absolutely love this shop, excellent customer service, definitely worth checking out for those special occasion, yes Ascot coming up or even every day wear. Bags, hats, fascinators, jewellery and accessories it's all here.
Just want to give a big shout out to Donna and Matt at Rosie Wilson for all their expertise advice, assistance and patience in helping me choose and purchase a wedding hat for my sons wedding. They both went over, above and totally beyond all expectations, allowing me not only to change colour scheme on more than one occasion but also changing and adapting the design. Well recommended ! I made a special journey to visit this store as I had previously seen a handbag there On visiting the store in front of the shelf with the handbags in n was a box Which made in difficult to reach the quite high shelf A male assistant moved it and as I had just started to look through the white handbags he said “ stop it you are making a mess of my display , what do you want!” My reply was I have not made a mess I have only moved one bag, he proceeded to straighten the bags I was flabbergasted I said it is a shop I am wishing to choose a bag With his rudeness and tone I told him that I would not purchase from the store as I walked away he muttered to a couple next to me Oh she’s not happy her problem I went to the counter to ask who was the manager Ironic as they were eating chips so the store smelt of chips I told her what had happened She offered to fetch me some bags to look at but I said I would never buy from the store again I had previously purchased items from this outlet and even recommend to friends sadly I will not be doing that again
What an absolute delight of a shop, from earrings to fascinators, everything you need for weddings or christenings, just can't recommend this place enough. Customer service is outstanding.
Kept a pair of shoes to be dyed for months. In the end they advised they couldn't be dyed.
It’s lovely here Rosie and Matt were brilliant with me even though they were very busy I got my mother of the bride hat here and they dyed it for me to suit my outfit and is very classy I also bought shoe jewellery , bracelet and earrings , nice friendly shop and great advise many thanks.
Nice quiet outlet. Lots of free parking. Not as many shops as I was expecting but it was quiet and I could enjoy browsing without crowds
