Excellent shop in an excellent location. Weekends are very busy and the car park can be a nightmare. How ever same usual Aldi quality inside, if the food is not on the shelves them ask, as normally will have in the back. I've always found all the staff at the Kidsgrove Aldi to be really friendly and helpful.

Always shop here. Shame sometimes they can't seem to keep up with the volume of customers as later in the day the shelves can be a little bit under stocked which can be frustrating! Really love the prices and never been unhappy with the products, except sometimes the fruit and veg can be below par, but this seems to have improved since they started putting a best before date on - we still have to watch the quality though.

There is no order in the items on display, shopers have left it terribly untidy. Staff are good but I think it must be an uphill battle to sort it out. Product sold are still a great bargain if you can find what you wanted.

Love shopping at Aldi but check out is hell they just push things at you with no help with packing.check out lady not very present will not be going back there.

Usual Aldi product range and low prices, but, despite being recently built, it seems chaotic, being cramped and untidy. Many shelves etc were nearly empty and the odd members of staff were rushing around, clearly too few in number and overwhelmed. They were helpful but customer service was inadequate. The car park is relatively large but, again, too many cars using one exit causes problems. In fact, being on a very busy road and adjacent to a traffic light controlled junction, cars exiting right will find it extremely difficult, and often dangerous, as they dive for gaps in the traffic.
