Poor customer service. Not very professional. Didn't deliver on time with no apologies and couldn't give an idea as to when they would. After VOLUNTEERING my number if they had any problems they went off to find a pen for 5 minutes again no apologies. Won't be using again. However friend said flowers were lovely ..possibly out of politeness possibly they were
