Perfect - they went above and beyond.  I asked for flowers for my dad to be sent to mam on diamond anniversary and left the choice to them. The arrangement and selection of flowers was perfect and my mam loved the added touch of diamond in the rose.  Would definitely recommend.

It was my first time using In Bloom and for what would be an important occasion. I couldn't get to the shop and so had to do all the transactions via telephone.nnThere is a certain level of trust which you base your hopes on the transaction  working perfectly and the product being as desired.nnNot being able to see what I was ordering meant I had to lean on the staff to ensure I got several special requests fulfilled, I vaguely knew what I wanted but they were unique in their offering of products I didn't know of.nnI relied on In Bloom for size as I had no idea of what was best. Their knowledge was perfect, additional small details made all the difference in not only choosing the correct flower piece for each position but down to even the cards and placement of them. I could have been easily upselled but I wasn't every spray was unique to the person that bought it.nnI wasn't disappointed the flowers were beautiful, family requests for last minute were added less than 24 hours to delivery and the whole transaction was stress free not just for me but for those who made last minute editions.nnThe flowers are still there at my mother's grave well over a week later the quality speaks volumes. The roses for the coffin placement were of beautiful quality the biggest roses I ever saw.nnI even made a phone call to them after the event thanking them for the flowers and the quality of work, not something I perhaps would of normally done but I felt these ladies deserved it.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you. Ordered som flowers today for my mam and dads anniversary and they are beautiful I am so happy with them. The services was amazing the lady on the phone was lovely and really helpful. After  hurting my knee I couldn’t get anything for my mam and dad I felt so bad having already forgotten what day it was so I rang and ordered and got them delivered all in one day amazing service highly recommended thank you xx

Use In Bloom for all my flowers and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service and amazing design. They recently prepared a funeral posy at very short notice and it was stunning. Thank you In Bloom team. Can't recommend them highly enough xxx
