refused to see one of our dogs because we was late paying a bill, when they knew we were fighting with the insurance company about it. however it is fully paid now and they wont even see her, yet they would see out other dog. They have also been happy to accept the direct debit for the healthy pet club for the last 6 months. They clearly dont actually care about animals and just want to make as much money as possible. we have been using them for 5 years and never missed a bill before

Wanted new flea tablets but I was given spot on even though I told the practise I would never never ever use spot on.  When I complained and said I never wanted or asked for spot on I was told I would still have to pay.  I will be writing to head office.

They were brilliant with my J Russell snoopy thru her life up to her being put to sleep, they held the surgery open so other members of my family could say goodbye, ive another J Russell Jackie boy who is now needing more visits due to age & am more then happy with staying with them
