Went in a couple of times for advice and to buy flea treatment ect. Found the staff to be ill tempered, condescending and very unhelpful. Left feeling pretty upset and advise friends to avoid them. Considering there is a more local vets with much more pleasant and helpful staff they need to reconsider their customer service

Went in for a dental check on my 11yr old dog. The team were very friendly and helpful, I asked them to check her over as she has lumps which they did not questions asked. They give great advise and very professional

I was on holiday in Cornwall when my dog hurt his leg. I phoned the out of hours surgery. The vet returned my call and was very helpful (He actually diagnosed the condition over the phone). The next day, my dog was still in pain, so, as advised, I took him to the Practice. The treatment my dog was given was first class. I found every member of the staff really helpful. I personally found the cost to be less than my local vet.

had to take our lab down today.  Saw a lovely vet called Mel.  She really took her time and although we are still not sure what's up we now have options.  Consultation was £10.00 cheaper than at home.
