We have just completed our purchase of a house from Roseberry Newhouse and I can only praise the standard of service we have received. From the moment our offer was accepted they have worked very hard during the process to keep us informed and constantly chased Solicitors and agents on our behalf. A massive thank you to all the staff with a particular mention for Joanne who was fabulous.
Harry supported me at every step of my purchase. He was very easy to contact and ensured clear communication throughout the whole process. He always responded quickly to email or telephone messages and understood any concerns or questions. The vendor was not in the uk which could have made the purchase very difficult but Harry managed all of this without any problems. With the kind support, guidance and professional services provided by Roseberry Newhouse, Stokesley, we were able to purchase our perfect property, that meets our family, business and location needs. After relocating back to the UK and trying to get back on our feet, we were truly blessed to meet both Vanessa and Harry, who took us under their ‘Wing’. First, we rented a property via Roseberry Newhouse, then over several months, both Vanessa and Harry helped us with our property searches, coordinated and arranged our property viewings and always had time to answer our queries, provide us guidance, and arrange second viewings. I have recently bought a house through Roseberry Newhouse and everything went very quickly and smoothly. Harry showed me around the house at the very beginning and then assisted me with the purchase, along with Joanne. They kept in touch throughout so that we always knew what was happening and we felt comfortable to call them whenever we had any questions. We have recently completed a purchase with Roseberry Newhouse and were very happy with the service from the Stokesley Office. We were constantly kept up to date with how the sale was progressing, and had quick and helpful communications with the seller coordinated by the team at Stokesley.
