This store sells expensive clothing and accessories, I was purchasing an item from the Fairfax and Favor range to find I had to place it on the counter after the customer in front had bought dog food placed on the counter, the item I bought was then not placed in a bag, it was not a pleasant shopping experience when buying a luxury item. The issue could easily be resolved by opening a counter on the other side within the clothing area to keep animal food and clothing separate. I would not buy any expensive items from here again I would rather order online direct from the website Fairfax and Favor Website and just use this store to buy the odd dog treat!
We have a fair few animals and about to get more. Millbry Hill has the best selection for them all, whether it’s food, treatments, accessories, etc. also, the prices compare to online. So don’t give your money to fat cats, give it to a local business working hard so you get what you want with a great choice.
Interesting stuff, clothes and animal related. Dog comb metal cost £8. Maybe need a train driver's salary to buy anything there?
We had coffee tea cake in cafe did not have time to look round but it was out of this world.When next up will call again brilliant large shop and store.
The staff here are so helpful every time my daughter sends me for things for her horses that I have no idea about. Thanks guys x
Sign outside says dogs welcome, we missed a sign walking into the clothing section saying no dogs in this area- totally our mistake but the male shop worker was incredibly rude and patronising in telling us to remove the dogs from this area. Obviously we took them out immediately and apologised but absolutely no need for such rudeness. The ladies on the shop floor were lovely.
Got a lot of variety for a lot of animals. Staff are lovely and the cafe looks good too.
What a fantastic service. We were kept updated with emails and texts about our order. We had a new pony arrive on Friday, I ordered a number of items needed for the new arrival and they arrived on Saturday, just in time for the children to have their first ride. Really happy with all of the items we received. Will definitely be using them again.
This review is for the coffee shop !! I went in with my 2 year old grand daughter . I enquired about children's platters . They have none ! I asked if they had any fruit shoots or similar drinks ? No they don't. I asked could they do half a sandwich ? No they dont !! I left and went to Bexters . I eat out regularly with my two young grand daughters but won't be returning here. Unhelpful !
Good price on horse related products and sawdust. Bird seed has just increased in price which is a shame as it makes it more expensive than local rivals. **Cockatiel seed gone from £17.50 a year ago to £22.50 September 2022, now £25.99
