I get my sons hair here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re so lovely and Joanne I think it’s Joanne is so good with my son, he’s only little so he can be nervous but she’s patient and always puts him at ease and makes him smile. A really fantastic hair salon. Joanne and the girls are brilliant at what they do and somehow they manage to offer high quality at great affordable prices. So much so that I travel from Chester-le-Street after I was told about them by a friend and I've never looked back. My hair always looks and feels great when I leave Roots and it's always a nice & friendly experience. They also have a rainbow of dye colours for people looking for something a little different. Couldn't recommend them enough, do yourself a favour and give Roots a call.

Every time I come to roots I walk out feeling 100% better than I did walking in. They are fabulous and very reasonably priced.
Only started using this hairdresser as a birthday present off a friend now I travel 10 miles to go for hair cuts milkshake colours fantastic. Every one is made welcome staff very chatty.
Good friendly hairdressers my hair is always done perfectly.
