Utterly woeful. ordered curry from website, £53. order came £62.05. Curry was cold, bland and NOT what was ordered. Telephoned to complain, told to go away!!! Avoid at all costs!!

I had a curry earlier tonight and it was disgusting,chicken wasnt cooked properly and curry was lumpy...I have just been throwing up for the last 15-20mins I do not recommend unless you want to feel like I have tonight. My husband just called them up and put a complaint and asked for a refund because I've been so ill,and they won't give a refund and didn't care. I'm glad my kids never had any as it would have been terrible looking after 3 sick kids aswell as myself.
So very poor took an hour and a half to arrive. Could have walked there in quicker time. Received my tandoori prawns received two prawns for £5 as a main course. Chicken in my friends curry was raw in the middle and popadoms were burnt. Do not go to this Indian.
Not sure it was quite as good as under the previous management, but nothing to complain about really. ========================================================= Edit - My Recent experience adjusted my review down to 1 star. Ordered from them via Just Eat. Order was eventually delivered 2 hours after I ordered it. The restaurant told me on the phone the driver had just left and the driver had told me it was late because there was only one driver working, they then had the cheek to tell Just Eat it was late because the driver was stuck in "Heavy Traffic". I HATE being lied to. Oh and when I rang to complain, they promised a call back which never came and when I rang back they put the phone down on me on 3 occasions. Food was actually OK and maybe the delivery is OK in Alcester, but be wary if anywhere outside.
Pre wedding meal!!! We have a wedding to go to tomorrow and always go here on our anniversary, in addition its a family favourite. NO LONGER!!! We had ordered our usual favourite curry's, but within two mouthfuls of my chicken and prawn dansak I felt a crunch, not nuts but grit! I was willing to keep going but it happened again. I called one of the staff that promptly took my food away and replaced it with something different that I'd chosen from the menu, but one arrival he waiter as smugly leant in and said aloud " I hope you find one bigger"? It completely ruined meal and I left very upset, my husband felt the same, we rarely go out and this was a real treat. In summery have no desire to return.
I have food intolerances and the chefs here are great at prepping food I can eat. I can't overchallenge them but they do very well. Atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, the FoH staff are great always friendly & helpful.
Had our first takeaway from Romna tonight. Food was delicious. The chicken tikka masala was devine and would highly recommended. Staff very helpful and friendly.
WHO sends out prawns STILL in their shells as part of a prawn tikka masala? WHO sends something meant to possibly be a mint yoghurt out curdled and smelling of cheese? WHO sends rice out still holding half the water, you have to dry it up off your plate? Obviously these guys. WORST meal I've had in a very long time.
First time using their delivery service. Beautiful food. With the virus, they come with gloves on and stand 2 metres away from you. Thankyou. Would highy recommend.
