DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE RFC VIA any app, phone or in store!!!! As a local, I have used all their services several times and every time I have noticed a trend - even other customers agree!! They take forever to prepare the food - if there even is any in the the first place. My last encounter: I ordered £40 worth of food for 10 people and it was delayed for 2 hours with constant updates. They ran out of chicken therefore we had to modify the order to 7 burgers and non-chicken items from the original chicken platter choice. RFC offered different items for the same price. After about 2 and a half hours of waiting, I called RFC and they said there was a big mess up and the delivery was delivered to another house apparently. So the order was cancelled and we never got any food in end. I think they may be having problems dealing with the tax authorities since they kept insisting on paying with cash only. Absolutely disappointing. Awful service and communication. Never ordering from this place again.
The best grilled BBQ wings throughout whole of chadwell Heath And Romford without a doubt!!!! Food is always freshly prepared. Would recommend to anyone looking for great tasting quality food grilled or fried goes down nice either way. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself I can guarantee you won't be disappointed. Staff are very friendly and put their best efforts into preparing your food.
The staff is really nice and welcoming and their lamb chops are to die for. They are juicy and full of flavour. I highly recommend the place. The prices are also very reasonable. You can easily get full for little money and it's delicious to boot.
Had the worse experience ever! Order on the phone ready for collection. Food tasted funny and the Piri burger had this weird funky taste. Will not be ordering from you again! Avoid this poor fast-food chain!
Excellent food. Staff is very polite. 10/10 for food quality. Reasonable prices also. UPDATE. Prices have gone up. Minimum order for delivery has gone up. No longer cheap and reasonable. Changing five stars to three.
Chicken shop run out of chicken because the chicken didn't cross the road, so RFC couldn't slaughter it. RFC Cancelled my online Order, called them, system failure. Run out of Chicken Two hour waiting on delivery - run out of chicken, I didn't get my order Unfortunately, they have failed on delivery and reliability.
Terrible food we ordered 4 chips got three and got spicy chicken and was not a tingle on the tongue and also ordered 4 milkshake' s and got 2 straws and they use nesquick and water no ice cream it is bad place to eat also lamb chops are flavour-less terrible 2 out of 10
I’m no expert on the chicken throughout Romford - but this was really very good and could be the finest! Lemon and lime grilled chicken wings - very yummy!
Real rip off! 6 tiny pieces of popcorn chicken for £3.49!! Quality was also terrible - some pieces of chicken seemed undercooked and everything was so salty! Will not be ordering again!
The biggest lie ever...I paid 5 pounds for a wrap practicaly empty...it's a shame that I can't post any of the photos here. ...do't buy anything...it's rubbishhhhh
