one star is even generous,sent emails of statement testimony,informed that i could not attend court date and called so many times.never got a reply and just got the bad news that court went ahead and agreed n a bankruptcy order against me.dont know what to do anymore.Feel so cheated by the justice system and moreover the incompetency of romford county court.
Now i know why every county court have 1 star on google. But i have to say security guy John he deserve more than 5 star. He was very helpful and friendly.If you have any issue speak to John. Thank you for helping me mate.
Tried to call enquiries yesterday afternoon. At 4pm I was 10th in the queue, worked my way up to 1st over the period of an hour and then they cut me off!!! It was 5 minuted past 5pm and I expect someone was frightened of staying a bit late. If they want to stop work at 5pm, they should not allow people to join the queue after, say, 4.15pm.
Agree with almost everyone who has left a review.... awful... you wait an hour on the phone,,, get to number 1 and the call disconnects.... email.... no response... how are you meant to follow things up with the court.... put a one star.because i have too but really 0 stars service
Apart from it being an expensive phone call, you spend ages on hold. Also you send them emails and letters with evidence that you have a jury summons order on the day of your hearing and then they accuse you of not providing evidence and moving forward with the next stage of the hearing. Playing with people’s lives and mental health
I tried to talk by phone. unfortunetly could not. After 1 houre contue on the telephone line then disconnect the line. 3 day's happend like this. I do not know why they putted this number to call!
I have case pending for hearing nearly 7 months after my last hearing but when was the last hearing on 11th of March the Judge says my hearing will be FastTrack basis as a urgent matter and it will be one day hearing so I don’t understand what is urgent and priority mean to the court and the judge . And now I am suffering as a homeless person sleeping on the street so disappointed the court decision on that time and for now for the final hearing
No emails replying and no phone calls. After waiting for more than 1 hour, the line keeps ringing and " You are number 1 in the queue" Gets cut off. I contacted Romford Court directly but it didn't help because I couldn't get past the reception without an appointment. This is frustrating me! I need my divorce papers to register my child.
Why am I paying tax to these people??? no one to answer the phone. Cuts off your call after you wait in the queue for an hour and their email system rejects your email?? awful and disgraceful to the UK
Not service at all!! The service could not be worse. I have called 3 times, each of which I waited over 50 minutes. After reaching the front of the line, the phone will ring indefinitely without answer. The worse thing is that they do not about this as I can see all the reviews and nothing is done about it. Unacceptable!
