Ammar and the whole team at Romans are incredible, throughout the whole process they were friendly, honest and just easy to deal with. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and when we move again they'll definitely be getting our business again. We got into a bit of a bind with an online estate agent that will remain nameless and Romans came to our rescue, selling our home in 5 days flat (we'd been on the market 7 weeks at this point!) for more money than we'd been offered before. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the area after our experience with Romans. Thank you!

We recently bought our first home in UK and Romans was the estate agents.  They were very professional, helpful and kept us updated on the progress.  We had some up and downs during our purchase process but the sales team - Chris, Llewellen and the mortgage adviser Kathryn were very supportive and made the sure the deal ended well for both seller and buyer. I really appreciate their efforts, time & will recommend them strongly.

Just moved in! Romans Staines has been very helpful during the process considering me and my wife moved in just 2 weeks after viewing the property. Special mention to Akash who facilitated these and communicated with us every step of the way. He responded quickly to all our queries and we really appreciate that. Thank you and more power!

Brilliant costumer service, make my husband and myself to feel so confident to be choice Romans Staines.
Great communication at all times and very professional.

Atrocious customer service from the lettings team. We had one viewing with an agent (Jack). We were enthusiastic about getting the place so next morning we popped over to the office to give them all our paperwork, etc. All that was left was to sign a contract and pay them money. Jack promised to get back to us within a day. He never did. Two days later I call them and he's off sick... okay, so someone else can pick this up?

I called them every day or two, every time I'd get promises of a call back within an hour, or by a certain time that same day, etc. Even once Jack was back he never called me - I kept calling him and he would always never know what was happening and just promise to get back to us. It's one thing to make vague promises about time, but they would give me very specific deadlines they set for themselves to get in touch with me, and they never did. I made it clear we wanted the place and to sign a lease, but their incompetence got in the way.

This process continued for 2 WEEKS! After which we gave up and I went to another agent who actually calls back their clients when they promise to and are communicative. I think in total I got about 10 callback promises, and 0 calls. I've never had to try to give someone my money this hard before in my life. Avoid at all costs.
