Love this shop, normally, but this time, I felt its the same stock, styles etc, but different colours.. was looking for something different , esp this time of year... Xmas and all!

Love the clothes here just wish they had a bigger range for plus sizes as standard sizes are quite small.
BUYERS BEWARE...Bought a top recently from a shop in birkenhead town centre, couldn't try it on in the shop as fitting rooms were closed due to covid 19 . Tried top on at home, didnt like it on, tried to take it back for refund! They would not refund my card they said they dont give refunds, i said i wasnt told this on the day before when i bought this. There were 2 members of staff by the till not one of them mentioned it. They did point to a printed sign about returns on the till why didnt they point to that when i bought the item and i would have put my glasses on to read the sign! Bearing on mind the notice was further along on the desk from till where i stood to pay for the item. So i now have ended up with a gift card which im not sure i will ever use, wouldnt recommend this shop, all other shops give refunds on your debit cards or refunds of cash, why dont they..buyers beware. I shall try to spend my giftcard within the next 12 months but will probably avoid the shop from then!
Birkenhead has become a ghost town as regards shopping, majority of people go to Liverpool. Instead of building new office blocks, the local government should introduce a scheme to induce major shops to return to the town
Too expensive for not that up to date clothes
Love the clothes lots of choice all year round
