Disgusting service from the lady in the black hair, everytime we go she tends to have an attitude and today had the audacity to say “I’m so glad I’m not on tills” after seeing that my sister had an issue with an item, I can’t believe River Island are allowing her to work there especially because I genuinely do love shopping there and seeing her disgusting attitude towards customers has just put me off from shopping there. Terrible
It is good, I like the decor, in terms of the clothes, I could not find what I want
Always love to go into any clothes shops haha this is one I keep going back to good quality love the style of clothes bags and shoes which are always upto date with latest fashions x kids clothes are gorgeous and wouldn't say overpriced neither great for day to day wear and if you want a special outfit too x can't say I can comment on the mens wear though
Great quality product's my 10 year old granddaughter has now found that they have beautiful clothes, bags & shoes & she loves going here. They had a huge sale on for a few weeks and the prices wer amazing so always good to keep an eye out for there sales. Staff are really helpful & friendly, & if what you want isn't in the shop they will order it for you.
Poor customer service. Extremely rude staff 2 dark haired girls Obnoxious, very unprofessional. Lack customer care skills and not helpful atall.
My son had a seizure in store today. All the staff including the security guard was amazing with him. The manager did a fantastic job of looking after us all. Thank you so much for all your help
Absolutely amazing staff the girl who has very curly hair miss pretty we call her and the lady who lives by the britanna in Liverpool real lovely friends helpful girls shop is spotlessly clean and there customer service is 100percent
Didn't have any real mans sizes. If you have a 32" waist or smaller then this is the place for you. The high street is complaining that online shopping is killing it, but the staff here told me to go on their website as they have larger sizes on there and I can get them delivered. What a contradiction!
Lovely latest fashions in a tidy store where you can manoeuvre very easily around the store or try on items & staff are always friendly & on hand to assist you or check stock for you or if you require they can order your item online to be collected in store..
Used to be some nice clothes but stuck in a time warp now.. an upmarket Primark is not a good thing to be.
