This is the fourth time we have used Jack Morgan and his team at Rom Valley. They never disappoint from sales to survey to installation. The quality of their products and the workmanship when fitting by their team along with their tidiness and politeness when doing the job was seamless. I would highly recommend them every time !! I was recommended Rom Valley glass by a friend who was having windows installed by them. He was absolutely 100% spot on, they were excellent. Right from the 1st contact with Jack, then emails, then Jack and his surveyor coming round to measure up the job and finally some excellent, clean and tidy fitting by Scott and Harry everything was perfect. This was a very large window replacement but it was all carried out very easy and professionally by everyone involved. The new windows look great and the noise level has dropped substantially. Should be warmer in the winter too. Recommend Rom Valley !
Excellent service from James and Joe at Rom Valley. I ordered replacement glass for some blown units. They were measured up and fitted without any delays and I was kept fully updated throughout the process. Certainly recommended.
I had my entire house renovated and replaced all the windows, plus front door, internal crittal style doors, rear crittal style French doors and huge lantern in the kitchen. The whole process was super smooth from initial visit by Jack, to a showroom visit and loads of discussions about my choices and then finally to instalment and follow up. The team were excellent and particularly Jack who was like my right hand man when on my build. I was fully supported and this was particularly needed as I renovated on my own. Can’t fault Rom Valley - would recommend them over and over again.
Had a new door fitted on Friday. Over the moon with it. Process was seamless from start to finish. James is fantastic. Couldn’t be happier and could recommend more.
