My father gifted his Rolex Datejust to me in his Will. I took it to Rolex at Kings Hill for a full service.nnI collected it today - 4 weeks later.nnRolex Head Office - It's a pleasure, the moment you pull into the car park and pristine gardens; beautiful water moat surrounds the building. The sun sends reflection shadows up, around the parameter. Inside it is quiet and reflective. Tea and coffee offered whilst waiting for a technician. Reception staff attentive.nnI am absolutely delighted how beautiful the watch looks. As it's unisex I have decided to keep and wear the watch in memory of my Dad.nnThank you Rolex for the care you've taken of my Dad's beloved Rolex.

Don't even know what their own watches look like and they make the things. From a company that charges the earth for their watches you would expect a much more personal approach and service, but no the the receptionists hide behind bullet proof glass, they said my watch was a fake but couldn't even tell me why when he tried to point it out that it's a fake, he couldn't he was gob smacked. actually I challenge Rolex to prove my watch a fake I've owned it over 27years it works perfectly like new and never had a service  POA via rolex and I sponsored the one of the class winner

Now this review is like none other, I have never been to this establishment but I drive past it frequently to get to my fiancé’s house. Now first as a building from the outside it is absolutely magnificent, a beautiful glass wall surrounds the entire building showing off that it’s not just about what’s on the outside that matters what’s inside is really what matters. Secondly as a company Rolex do I need to explain who they are… no I don’t you know them as soon as I say their name. What an incredible company with even more incredible pieces of artwork for you to wear and show off instead of that art being locked away at your house although when you have enough you will be keeping them locked away at home but you can still enjoy the beauty whenever you please. Now I don’t own any Rolex watches and it would be a dream to own one though I’d sell it now gotta pay back that debt and after that Is cleared I would buy one to keep as an investment piece aswel as something to admire and wear. This is not something I would usually do on a review but I would love to come have a tour of your beautiful headquarters if that is something that would be possible. Never take your Rolex to be serviced at…nNever take your Rolex to be serviced at Harrods or Rolex Kings Hill Service Centre. I took 3 vintage Rolex Oysterquartz Rolexes to be serviced at Harrods Watch Aftercare department. The watches are usually passed over to Rolex Kings Hill Service Centre in the UK. I signed documents process took an hour which clearly stated that the replacement of the battery is carried free of charge and that additional costs may be incurred. All 3 watches were working fine and needed only new batteries. After a couple of weeks Harrods returned with a bill for £3600 pounds to carry totally unnecessary repairs. Rolex is so clueless as to propose to change the hands and dial on a vintage watch that were perfectly fine with new ones as they did not have in stock anymore the original parts. That alone would destroy the value of the watch. So much they know. When I told them that I never signed up for repairs and wanted only the battery replacement as per contract signed for free, they told me it was not possible and only if I paid for a full service the batteries would be replaced. When I asked whether at least they could replace the batteries to see if the watches are working fine, they refused and told me the watches would not work even with a new battery but refused to carry a test. So after 2.5 months I took the watches back without repairs carried or new batteries. I took them to the Watchrepair clinic on Oxford street. For £225 I had all batteries replaced and the watches tested for water and pressure. They were all fine. Harrods and Rolex UK tried to scam me for £3400 pounds and put me through a 2.5 month ordeal for nothing. Most importantly they were in breach of contract. Stay away from both Rolex Kings Hill Service Centre and Harrods.

Absolutely brilliant experience with the lady doing the services/repairs today !  very quick and efficient, sorted my bracelet out on my submariner even though she had to deal with a incredibly rude and abrupt Customer beforehand. Her patience and smile should be commended. Thank you for your help today.
