Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They damage a very expensive pair of leather boots and when I asked to speak to the manager u was told that I couldn't because he works when he wants. I am surprised how this business still survives as it's overpriced and without any quality.

They changed the soles of my Doc Martens. Haven't used the shoes yet and the "glue" has completely come off and the soles have fallen off. Can't find my receipt. Paid £60 for this. Ps. I went back to them after I wrote this review, and they fixed it, no questions asked. Giving them a couple more stars for it.

Had a few watch batteries replaced here and have always received friendly and frank service. A little on the pricy side, but can't imagine it's cheap to operate in such a great location.

Terrible service. Very expensive and overpriced too. Take your money elsewhere.

The guy behind the counter needs some training in customer service and tone done his sarcasm. I was enquiring about fitting rubber sole on my shoes, he threw some material at me saying "there's the sole" and then turned around to serve another customer. The rudest member of staff I've ever dealt with!
