While searching on YouTube for homes we came across Roger Holloway. Through his videos I felt an immediate connection, and I just had to reach out. After a quick phone call, he put us in touch with our agent Rodney Jones, and just last month Rodney helped us close on our new home. Before we found the dream new build home, Roger helped us with invaluable tips as we looked for a resale home. After we decided on the new build, Roger was able to take multiple videos of the new home progress while in construction, which made a huge difference as we lived across the country. Roger’s YouTube videos, specifically his “Building From The Ground Up” series was an excellent way to see how a new build happens. It shows all the different phases and includes Roger sharing his wealth of experience, knowledge, and advice. Personally, it gave me a great understanding and line of sight for what to expect during the new home build process. Thank you, Roger, for all your help in getting us into our dream new home.
We discovered Roger and the Pro-Stead team via his online videos on You Tube, He put us in touch with our buyer-agent, Denise OFarrell, and with her tremendous support- we just closed on our new home! Denise kept us informed and provided valuable insight throughout the process. Roger even assisted with our final walk-through and closing! The closing was flawless-including a wonderful conversation about Jazz music, with Roger. They were professional, courteous, and available for all questions. Found Roger on YouTube and found his videos to be not only entertaining, but quite informative. Viewed many of his videos before coming to Charlotte to sign a contract on a new house. That helped save time as we narrowed our search down to two communities. Roger helped us get a great deal on a new home and answered many questions after the contract signing. He even shot a video of our home about a month from closing so we could see how things were going, as we were not local. He was with us every step of the way and would highly recommend his services. Jack the real estate dog was great too. Thank you for helping us find the perfect retirement home!
Roger Holloway is a fantastic buyer’s agent. Roger is warm, polite, and friendly. Within minutes of meeting Roger, he put us totally at ease and searching for a new home with him was like doing it with an old friend. But Roger is more than a friend. He is experienced, and has a wealth of knowledge. Rog knows the Charlotte area like the back of his hand. It is evident on his YouTube channel. When you go to his channel, Roger has videos on just about every new subdivision in the Charlotte area. He drives through each subdivision and then walks through the model with camera in hand detailing price, highlights, and some things you might want to watch out for. When my family settled on a home we loved, Roger Holloway sat down with us across from the buyer and politely fought for every benefit that we can get. As the home was being built, we were still living out of state, but Roger was here, boots on the ground, taking care of everything we needed, while also sending us exciting videos on our home. Roger was with us every step of the way. Our family are so happy to be in our new Weddington home and we couldn’t be happier with our buyer’s agent Roger Holloway.

My husband found Roger’s You Tube videos of new construction homes, which were extremely helpful. We contacted Roger and he assisted us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home. He was there to guide us through the building process, met us at the house for every inspection, and when something needed to be addressed with the builder, Roger made sure corrections were made to our satisfaction. Roger also handled the sale of our townhouse, and we couldn’t have asked for a better result. Roger is an extremely knowledgeable broker who puts customer satisfaction above all else. What a great experience. Highly recommend Roger. We live out of state and wanted to retire in North Carolina. Roger spent time discussing what we wanted before we even met. And of course his videos are a great resource! He suggested and showed us several 55+ communities. We were not familiar with new build and he explained the process completely and helped us to negotiate the deal. If you are looking for a new home in North Carolina call Roger. We originally started looking in Charlotte but ended up purchasing in Wake Forest. His closing team helped to facilitate and keep the build and closing on track. Roger is THE BEST! Made moving from FL to SC extremely easy. Not easy buying/building a new construction home and being 700 miles away during the process. Roger was at every meeting and at times represented us when we couldn’t fly up. I never leave reviews but Roger is such a good guy and does his job so well that I had to take the time to leave him one! His entire team is amazing and I couldn’t have transitioned so easily without him! We feel like he’s family and we’ve never had that before from a realtor! I can go on and on but if you’re even remotely thinking of moving to the Charlotte area YOU HAVE to use Roger!!! Thanks again for everything and if we ever need to move he’s the only one I will use!
