My wife and I just wanted to say that we are delighted with the work that has been carried out in our garden. To say that it’s a transformation would be an understatement. Even more impressive were the gentlemen that worked here for the last 3 days. To a man they were incredibly polite and hardworking, even in today’s subzero conditions, and are a credit to your company. They answered many questions, from both us and our ever more inquisitive neighbours!, and conducted themselves with absolute professionalism always. Again, a credit to, and fantastic advertisement for, your company. As is the way with these things, my wife has now decided that a couple of the remaining trees will need some work in the future, so we will, without hesitation, be in contact after the summer to get a quotation for that.

What else can I say that hasn’t already been said regarding Chris and his team. First class service from the very start and I was more than happy with the team that arrived yesterday to tend to my huge beech trees. They were all very polite, efficient and professional in every way. I certainly will be using them again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. Thank you so much !

Chris and his team did the most amazing job.  They worked so hard all day without stopping and took down a huge tree in our garden and right on the main road into Cheltenham.  The price that they charged for all the work undertaken was very competitive.  We can thoroughly recommend Chris and team and would definately use them again.

Nathan and the team did an amazing job today working on some huge beech treed. They all worked so hard in not the best weather conditions! Always polite and friendly. The job was done perfectly and all branches removed and taken away. A great job! I also liked how the team were so polite and nice.

I don't tend to leave many positive reviews but I'm going to make an exception in this case, because this company really deserves one.  I came across Chris Arnold Tree Surgery after a recommendation from a friend and after receiving a competitive quote, I thought I would give them a try. They were excellent on communication, arrived on the day they said they would, despite the grotty weather, and the three guys who turned up couldn't have been more polite and respectful.  They did an excellent job, did exactly what I wanted and left the garden immaculately tidy.  I would definitely recommend this company and won't hesitate to use them again.

The team of six which came to trim our hedges, reduce the height of five yews and pollard a maple did an excellent job.  They were easy to communicate with, very polite and hard workers.  They also left the garden in a very clean state.  Would highly recommend.
