Awful customer service. My practice has NO NHS Dentists but they have not returned the NHS Contract, so I am officially registered with a Practice with no dentists, and the only thing they are offering is an appointment over 40 miles each way from my home. If I wasn't registered with an NHS Practice, I would be able to get a referral and be treated locally by the NHS. ALL Rodericks keep telling me is I can pay private!!!
After some amazing private work a few years ago, my wife and I registered as NHS patients with what was a great little practice.nnNow it seems that NHS patients aren't required as our dentist is now only seeing private patients and if I wish to continue seeing him, I have to sign up to their dental plan.nnThis is not what I signed up for and on the three previous occasions I've needed emergency treatment, I've needed to go private or wait six weeks to be seen.nnThis practice used to be great.nUnfortunately, it's all about the money now

Awful service recently! Received a cancellation of my pre- booked hygienist appointment only a few days in advance without any explanation. An apology would have been acceptable but the text just said 'cancelled'.Today my husband's dental appointment just been cancelled by text- again -no explanation. At least two appointments of ours were cancelled in the Autumn of last year ! After being booked months in advance.We will definitely be moving to a more professional team as soon as possible.
