Telephoned this place regarding a work matter. I then spent the best part of an hour listening to "hold music" continuously playing.........whilst telling me my call will soon be answered. Ridiculous - absolutely dreadful customer service! Surprised they have enough patient's to treat if they can't even get through to book an appointment. Personally if I was a patient here, I'd vote with my feet and go somewhere that actually values my time and custom. That's all.

Terrible. Had an 8am appointment which is when they open. Waited an hour to be told I had been missed out. Unacceptable considering I paid private.

lets start this review by saying i really dislike going to the Dentist. In my short 37 years I have never had a tooth removed until now. I had built this up in my own mind to be a big thing and it really wasnt that bad. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful and the dentist explained the whole procedure to me and the dental nurse was also very good at putting my nerves at ease. I may have been lucky that the tooth came out easily, it took longer to inject me to numb the tooth then the actual procedure to remove the tooth. Great service!!

Lovely friendly was so worried about having my wisdom tooth out they were brilliant with me and so quick was in and out in half an hour ..😊

The main problem with this dentist is getting through on the phone. I placed nearly 50 calls on a Monday for an emergency appointment and each time the phone just rang or was engaged or explained everyone was busy. Every time I am in there there is always 3 receptionist answering calls continuously so I just assume they are just very busy. However when I finally got through on the Tuesday I got an appointment within 2 hours and the work done was as good as usual. An added advantage especially in Northampton is that they have a free car park around the back for around 8 cars. A queue system on the phones would solve a lot of this.
