Excellent family-run business with a great location. When I got into the store, I was greeted by wonderful people who helped to find a second-hand bike that I now use every day. Not only was the maintenance service great, but also their endless tips and pieces of advice regarding cycling and bike lanes in the city of Nottingham. I would give Rocky Riders 10 stars if I could.
After breaking down on the way to Nottingham without any bottom bracket tool in my bag, I was in a bit of a pickle! Luckily for me Rocky Riders were around the corner and they were able to help me get going again in no time. Great service, and friendly vibe. It looks like the shop is well stocked with a wide range of different bikes, could see lots of spare parts available to buy, and the workshop looked really well kitted out. Very pleased to have found this shop, would definitely recommend to people in the area as the service and know-how is better than I have found in other shops.
Staffs are very friendly and they go extra miles to help. My bike has a few problems, but they managed to fixed them all with a very reasonable price. Those that just require some adjustment, they normally don't charge you for it. Besides, you can get second-hand stuff for your bike for a reduced price, you just have to always ask for it since its not what they normally mention first. Very local and friendly bike shop
Awesome bike shop. Just let me use their own tools and tyre sealent to convert my bike to tubeless whilst one of the owners was out. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Great shop. Was looking for a decent second hand bike for occasional use. Guy in the shop was very helpful and sorted me out. After riding it home I noticed a minor issue. One quick phone call and all sorted. Prices were very good as well.
Amazing customer service and wizards with bikes. I got my racer serviced here, and it ran like a charm - up until it was stolen! However by some strange twist of fate the bike managed to come back to them and they've been so fantastically helpful in explaining all the procedures I've needed to go through. It's a wonderful thing to find something I thought I'd lost completely, and everyone in there is so welcoming and friendly!
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent and quick repairs on bike. Definitely be coming back in future
Great bike shop. Gave me a decent deal on a bike and helped me out with it when I was in a pinch a couple weeks later. Dude knows his bikes. Strong recommend.
Went in to get a replacement pedal, decided to get mudguards fitted as well and they ended up checking my whole bike over and fixing all of the glaring mistakes. Very friendly staff who were happy to fit anything you purchase to your bike on the spot, which only takes them a couple of minutes. Thanks guys!
Used the shop three times and would not recommend them. Prices are OK but attitude is not. When asked them to fit front disk break and generally tune up a newly built bike they did a break and didn't do anything else leaving many screws non-tightened. My son had a problem with the rear derailleur and instead of fixing it they replaced Shimano with some sort of low quality derailleur. I had to go back and make a complain so that Shimano piece was fixed and installed. Avoid!
